No budget app · No bank logins · No guilt
15+ years in corporate finance and as a CFO.
Companies have a team on this. You have a banking app.
A company gets
- A monthly close, every month
- A P&L, balance sheet and cash flow statement
- A review of actuals against expectations
- A finance lead who explains what changed
A household gets
- A balance in an app
- A list of transactions
- A vague feeling that money is tight, or fine, or both
Most people are not bad with money. They are working without the one thing every business takes for granted: a regular, clear look at the numbers.
You do not need to restrict anything to get that. You need to see it.
You do not need a budget. You need to know what is going on.
The three statements, plus one page that tells you what changed.
Everything below is a sample with made-up numbers. Yours are built from your own bank exports.

Monthly variance report
One page. What moved against last month, what to look at, your reserves, and your runway after them. It explains itself.
Open the full sample report (PDF)For anyone who wants to see the whole picture.
The partner who is not the money person
You share a life and a bank account, but not the full view. Quidity gives you your own clear picture, in plain language, without asking anyone to explain it.
The busy couple
You both know things are fine, or tight, or both. Now you can both see which, every month, in ten minutes.
The professional who earns well and still wonders
Good income does not mean clarity. See your margin, your runway and what it costs to earn, without maintaining another app.
You send exports. We do the rest.
Get started and send your exports
Answer a short questionnaire about your accounts, see your price, pay online, then drop statements into a secure shared folder. We never ask for your bank logins, and nothing connects to your accounts.
We tag and build
We set up your categories, map every account, and build your statements. Each month we do the tagging and update everything. Your first report arrives within 6 business days of receiving your exports.
A one-page report, every month
What changed, what to watch, what it means, and how your reserves are doing. If you want to talk something through, book one any time.
The number other tools ignore.
A company calls it cost of goods sold: what it takes to produce the revenue. Your household has one too. Your commute, the childcare that lets you work, the gear and subscriptions your job requires.
Most apps file these under "spending" and tell you to cut back. We separate them, so you can see what it really costs to earn your income.
Pricing built around your household.
A one-time setup, then a monthly close. Every household is different, so your price is custom. Setup starts at $500.
| What shapes it | What we look at |
|---|---|
| Accounts | How many bank, credit card, investment and retirement accounts |
| Income | One income, several, or self-employment |
| Assets and debts | A mortgage, rental property, business, loans and similar |
Answer a short questionnaire and you will see your exact price before you pay.

We spent 15 years watching how companies handle money.
We have spent more than 15 years in corporate finance and as a CFO. We cleaned up companies, sold companies and watched companies fail. The ones that lasted had something in common: they looked at their numbers every month, whether things felt good or bad.
Then we looked at households and saw none of that discipline. People with good jobs and real responsibilities, running on a banking app and a feeling.
It showed up most with friends going through divorce. Again and again, one or both of them had no idea where the money was. That is a hard way to learn what your own finances look like.
Quidity is the monthly close, brought home. Financial literacy is independence, and we think everyone deserves it.

Straight answers.
Is this financial advice?
No. Quidity provides financial education, frameworks and reporting. We are not licensed financial advisors, and nothing we send is investment, tax or legal advice. We help you see your numbers clearly. What you do with them is your call.
How do you keep my information secure?
Bank exports go through a secure shared folder. We never ask for bank logins, and nothing connects to your accounts. You can read exactly how we handle data on the privacy page.
What do I need to upload?
Exports from your bank and card accounts, usually CSV or PDF statements. We send you a simple checklist at onboarding so you know exactly which accounts and months to include.
Do I have to get on a call first?
No. You can get started on your own: answer the questionnaire, see your price, pay and send your exports, and we take it from there. If you would rather talk first, or have questions along the way, book a call and we are happy to chat.
Is there a monthly call?
No. Your one-page report is written to stand on its own. If something in it raises a question, or you want to talk it through, book a call any time.
Can I save for a trip or a big purchase?
Yes. Add a reserve for anything you are saving toward, such as a $15,000 trip. Your report shows how much is set aside, how much you still need each month, and your runway after reserves, so earmarked money is never mistaken for spendable cash.
Who is this for?
Busy adults, especially couples and partners who are not the one who handles the money day to day, who want to know what is really going on without maintaining a budgeting app. It is built for visibility, not restriction.
Do I need to stop spending on things I enjoy?
No. There is no judgment and no rules to follow. You get a clear picture, and you decide.
Find out what is really going on.
