Privacy and data handling

What we never ask for

  • Your bank or card logins, passwords or security codes.
  • Access that connects directly to your accounts. Nothing on this site links to your bank.

What we collect

  • Financial exports. The bank and card statements you choose to upload so we can build your statements and reports.
  • Intake answers. Your questionnaire answers about your household, such as how many accounts you have and whether you have a mortgage, loan or rental property, and any savings goals you want tracked.
  • Contact details. Your name and email, when you get started, book a call or join our email list. Payments are handled by [PAYMENT PROVIDER]; we do not see or store your card details.

How exports reach us

We do not sell your information. We do not use your financial files to advertise to you or anyone else.

Who else can see it

Only the services we need to deliver Quidity, such as our shared folder, scheduling and email providers: [LIST SERVICE PROVIDERS]. Each is used only for that purpose.

How long we keep it
